Once your order is verified, it is processed within 2-4 days and shipped to your delivery address. We ship internationally, using reliable carriers to ensure your package arrives in a timely manner.

Estimated Delivery Times:

• During high-demand periods (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas) or due to logistical challenges, shipping may take 3-4 weeks.

If your order is lost or unsent beyond this timeframe, you are eligible for a refund.

Important Considerations:

• Address Accuracy: Please ensure the delivery address provided is correct. If you do not notify us of changes immediately after placing your order (and before processing begins), we cannot guarantee a refund for undeliverable items. Reshipment of items due to an incorrect address will be at the customer’s expense.

• Unclaimed Packages: If the delivery service is unable to contact you and the package remains uncollected for 15 days, it will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, the package will be considered lost without refund eligibility.

• Changing Address After Shipment: Once the order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. Responsibility for loss or delays due to incorrect addresses lies with the customer.
